Ronal R (Ron) Randell
Chairman of the Board, President

Cheryl Hall-Jacoby began studying music at 5 yrs. and at 12 yrs. I was playing piano for several area church services and school programs. I added violin and voice in the fourth grade participating in church and school programs, musicals, and plays. As a student in John Robert Powers Modeling, I had the opportunity to be accepted to Teen Boards at area department stores gaining knowledge and experience in the modeling industry. I was fortunate at age 19 to work with the filming of Viva Max in San Antonio assisting with wardrobe and various tasks, as well as performing on set as an extra thus gaining knowledge and experience under the direction of the incredible Jerry Paris. My college career included music and performing arts. I hold an Assoc. Of Arts in Psychology and a B.S. in Elementary Education. I have experience teaching K-5 as well as Deaf Education. I was blessed with an opportunity to work for Summit Communications in Oklahoma City and eventually became the Promotions Director responsible for all aspects of advertising and activities for KXXY radio. Upon leaving radio broadcasting I moved on to television station KAUT working again with advertising and promotion. During this time I had the opportunity to gain knowledge in a very exciting field of music industry. Over the years I operated my own Child Care Business, sat on various state committees regarding legislation and regulation of child care in Texas, worked as a Leader and Adult Trainer in Girl Scouts, and pursued a career in photography, My love for dance led me to joining a Senior dance troupe performing at area Senior Centers, Colleges, events and festivals. After a few years I began teaching senior dance classes. My love for Gospel Music led me to found Hall Of Fame Talent which books musical talent in the DFW metroplex. Several years ago I re-connected with my longtime friend, Ron Randell. Having known each other since Junior High, we renewed our friendship and Ron included me in many Stage 2000 activities. It is with great pride that I accepted Ron's invitation to officially join the Stage 2000 family. As a mother of 3, grandmother of 8, and great-grandmother of 2, I hope to bring my knowledge of working in the media and experience with children (and parents) as an asset to the company.
Sharon Davis began her association with Stage 2000 in 2001 when her daughter, Kristin attended Expo. In the years following, Kristin worked for Stage 2000 as an Expo instructor, It was during this time, that Sharon participated and assisted as a part-time instructor, auditor, coach, and scout. She has assisted many Stage 2000 candidates with monologues and two person scenes.
Sharon has spent the last 22 years working in the non-profit arena as Director of the Northeast LA American Cancer Society, Director of the Northeast LA area of the March of Dimes, and Director of the Lafayette area of the March of Dimes. Through this work, she has attained experience of communication, instruction and training of volunteers, fundraising, and coordinating small and large events. She will bring a wealth of knowledge in helping the members of Stage 2000 in areas of communications, social graces, and how to handle themselves at Expo.
Stage 2000 is proud to welcome Sharon to our staff. She will not only be assisting in the workshops, and with building confidence in all Expo participants, she will be serving as a scout for Stage 2000 as well.
“I am honored to accept this position " she said, “and look forward to helping make dreams come true.”
She is a graduate of Louisiana Tech with a BA in Journalism and has participated in many professional workshops in areas of personal growth, team building, communications and public relations.
Kristin joined the Stage 2000 family in 2001 to pursue her dreams of acting and modeling. She attended the Model and Talent Expo the following summer where she met with and auditioned for international talent scouts. At Expo, she won 1st Runner Up in the Runway Division. Expo brought in offers from New York to Greece. After returning from Expo, she was cast in a Toyota commercial that ran state-wide. Stage 2000 afforded her the opportunity to audition for several movies including the sequel to the "American Pie" movies, "American Wedding". While attending college, she continued to audition as well as do promotional work that included modeling for Lee Michael's jewelry and the Mall of America. In 2002, while attending a conference offered by Stage 2000, led by Mike Lyons, she was asked to go to New York to join The Lyons Group (now Silver Model Management). In 2003, Kristin moved to New York to make her dreams come true! Initially she joined TLG as a fitness model, but soon realized her passion and talent for acting. While in New York, she studied at the New York school of Film and Television on a scholarship and took biweekly acting classes with a frequent face on numerous soap opera sets, Barry Godin. She auditioned and went on castings including "Teen Vogue" and the soap opera, "Guiding Light". After being contacted by a casting director for CBS, she came home from New York to go to Los Angeles for a three week casting for the reality show, "Big Brother". In 2005, Kristin was in a car accident which forced her to put everything on hold, including the offer she received to return to NYC for a role on "Guiding Light". In the meantime, she graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a degree in Elementary Education and joined the Stage 2000 staff to teach the Expo classes that helped launch her career in the industry. Even now, over 15 years later, Kristin is still so passionate about acting and modeling, and continues to pursue her dreams as well as prepare new talent to break into the industry through the Expo workshops offered by Stage 2000.
