Cheryl Hall-Jacoby began studying music at 5 yrs. and at 12 yrs. I was playing piano for several area church services and school programs. I added violin and voice in the fourth grade participating in church and school programs, musicals, and plays. As a student in John Robert Powers Modeling, I had the opportunity to be accepted to Teen Boards at area department stores gaining knowledge and experience in the modeling industry. I was fortunate at age 19 to work with the filming of Viva Max in San Antonio assisting with wardrobe and various tasks, as well as performing on set as an extra thus gaining knowledge and experience under the direction of the incredible Jerry Paris. My college career included music and performing arts. I hold an Assoc. Of Arts in Psychology and a B.S. in Elementary Education. I have experience teaching K-5 as well as Deaf Education. I was blessed with an opportunity to work for Summit Communications in Oklahoma City and eventually became the Promotions Director responsible for all aspects of advertising and activities for KXXY radio. Upon leaving radio broadcasting I moved on to television station KAUT working again with advertising and promotion. During this time I had the opportunity to gain knowledge in a very exciting field of music industry. Over the years I operated my own Child Care Business, sat on various state committees regarding legislation and regulation of child care in Texas, worked as a Leader and Adult Trainer in Girl Scouts, and pursued a career in photography, My love for dance led me to joining a Senior dance troupe performing at area Senior Centers, Colleges, events and festivals. After a few years I began teaching senior dance classes. My love for Gospel Music led me to found Hall Of Fame Talent which books musical talent in the DFW metroplex. Several years ago I re-connected with my longtime friend, Ron Randell. Having known each other since Junior High, we renewed our friendship and Ron included me in many Stage 2000 activities. It is with great pride that I accepted Ron's invitation to officially join the Stage 2000 family. As a mother of 3, grandmother of 8, and great-grandmother of 2, I hope to bring my knowledge of working in the media and experience with children (and parents) as an asset to the company.
